About Sky TV
Sky Digital was launched in the Autumn of 1998 to replace the analogue satellite TV network and is the only digital satellite TV provider in the UK. Sky TV are always innovating and adding new services and hardware such as Sky Plus which allows you to pause live TV and set up future recordings of your favourite programmes using the in-built personal video recorder (PVR), High Definition which gives you better picture quality and Sky Anytime (video on demand). Sky has also recently launched a range of cost effective and competitive broadband and telephone services known as Sky Broadband and Sky Talk.
